the place had a quiet atmosphere. i took a double room with all facilities, comfortable bed plus nice shower. i greatly enjoyed the balcony overlooking inner courtyard.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel TV inside the room. And it was facing inner courtyard. Friendly staff did a great job. The check-in was simple and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Besides, parking was available nearby. The hotel was quiet, it had a marvellous and fantastic location next to old ferry port for ferries to islands such as Mali Losinj and mainland ports including Rijeka and Pula and the center of Zadar Old Town.

The personnel was amiable and helpful, doing their best to assist. the room was tastefully decorated and perfect with courtyard views. - the location was great for Zadar, really close to the center of Zadar Old Town as well as the ferry. - Street food restaurant La Famiglia was 200 metres away from the place.

Some rooms even have a small balcony. Guests appreciate the convenience of self check-in and the quick response from the host. the rooms are kept clean and the wifi connection is reliable.

My short stay was made wonderful by the beautifully decorated double room and the comfortable bed with a nice shower.

We had a wonderful few days in Zadar and Zoilo Rooms was the perfect accommodation choice. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to the Roman Forum. The room was cozy and well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. It was spotlessly clean, with a spacious and tidy bathroom. The little balcony added a nice touch and the mattress was really comfortable. The customer service was excellent too, with helpful staff and easy check-in and check-out.

That our room didn't have a great view. We were hoping for a beautiful vista, but instead, we had a view of a neighboring building.
